To uninstall E-Icons open "Add/Remove Programs" from Control Panel, select E-Icons from the list and click on "Add/Remove". 

Note : When you uninstall E-Icons, system icons do not get back to default, so If you decide to uninstall, run E-Icons and select "Restore Default Icons" from the "E-Icons" menu.
